1. Package Purchases (for Vendors)
- All package purchases made by vendors to list their products/services on HR Mart are non-refundable.
- Once a vendor has made a payment and access has been granted to post listings, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
- In case of any payment failure or duplicate payment, please contact us immediately at info@hrmart.co.in.
2. Customer Inquiries
- HR Mart acts as a platform to connect customers with vendors. We do not sell, rent, or deliver any product directly.
- Any disputes regarding product/service quality, pricing, or refund should be resolved between the customer and the respective vendor.
- HR Mart shall not be held responsible for transactions or cancellations between vendors and customers.
3. Agent Rewards
- Rewards or commissions earned by agents are subject to verification by HR Mart.
- If a referred vendor is found to be fraudulent or inactive, any promised reward may be withheld or canceled.
4. Technical Issues
- If you face a technical error during payment, such as a failed transaction or money deduction without activation, please email us within 48 hours with transaction details.
- All genuine cases will be reviewed, and appropriate action or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
