1. Platform Nature
- HR Mart is a multi-vendor listing platform where vendors can showcase their products for sale or rent, and offer various services.
- Customers make inquiries, and transactions (including delivery) happen directly between the vendor and the customer.
2. Delivery Responsibility
- All shipping, delivery, or service appointments are the sole responsibility of the individual vendors.
- Delivery charges, estimated delivery times, and shipping partners (if any) will be provided by vendors during communication with customers.
3. Delays and Issues
- HR Mart is not responsible for delays, lost items, damaged products, or service delays caused by the vendor or their delivery partners.
- Customers should communicate directly with the vendor regarding delivery tracking and status updates.
4. Services & Rentals
- For rentals (e.g., cars, clothes) or services (e.g., AC repair), delivery/pickup or appointment timings will be coordinated directly by the vendor.
- HR Mart does not provide logistics support for services or rentals listed on the platform.
