“User” refers to any individual or business accessing the platform (vendor, customer, agent).
“Vendor” refers to registered sellers, renters, or service providers.
“Agent” refers to users bringing vendors to the platform in exchange for a reward.
“Customer” refers to users who inquire about listed products/services through the mobile app.

2. Account Registration

Users must register with accurate information. Vendors are responsible for purchasing a package and uploading genuine product or service listings. Agents must follow ethical practices in referring vendors. Misuse may result in account suspension.

3. Use of Platform

Customers can browse vendor listings via our official app only.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (for sale, rent, or services).
Agents will receive rewards based on verified referrals and conditions decided by HR Mart.
Users may not upload unlawful, misleading, or offensive content.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized gateways. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.

5. Commissions and Rewards

HR Mart may charge commission from vendors or provide reward percentages to agents. The structure may be modified at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HR Mart, including logos, trademarks, and digital content, is the property of HR Mart. Vendors retain rights to their own media but grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on our platform and app.

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts found in violation of these terms, with or without notice. No refunds will be issued in case of policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

HR Mart is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including product issues between customers and vendors. Disputes must be resolved between the parties involved.
